I have to say that my first thoughts didn't change. It hydrates and helps with puffiness, but I didn't experience any brightening it was supposed to achieve.
I have sensitive skin and eyes, but it didn't bother my face or eyes at all. It's safe to use.

My new go to after sleepless nights
