THE CREATION
Barénia Pleine Fleur sees Hermès perfumer Christine Nagel revisiting the iconic Hermès chypre to create a floral, sensual eau de parfum like the touch of a petal—the signature of a woman who radiates fulfillment. The name celebrates the tactile quality of flowers and of the House's heritage leathers, all of which are \pleine fleur\ (\full grain\ in English)—a guarantee of excellence.
THE OLFACTORY NOTES
Barénia Pleine Fleur eau de parfum combines the structure of a chypre with a bewitching white lily and the radiant scent of orange blossom. This luminous, floral accord is supplemented with notes of patchouli and miracle berry, creating a deep, gentle intensity. A composition of striking elegance.
THE OBJECT
The bottle of this new Hermès chypre faithfully reflects Philippe Mouquet's design, asserting its femininity. Graduated shades of pink and orange evoke the floral sensuality of Barénia Pleine Fleur, and the gentle elliptical curves contrast with the pyramid studs on the metal plate.

At the heart of the jewel-like Barénia bottle is one final stud, shaped into the base of the glass.

The 100 ml, 60 ml and 30 ml bottles of Barénia eau de parfum can be replenished using the 125 ml refill (sold separately). Barénia is a refillable object.

Beautiful smell

Gorgeous, sophisticated scent
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an absolutely stunning perfume. It smells sophisticated, strong, and timeless. It lasts on the skin for most of the day, and on fabric for even longer. I do believe it’s best suited to a slightly older age range, perhaps not entirely fitting me in my mid 30s. I’d love this otherwise, and will come back to it eventually!

Old school floral long lasting scent
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s probably more of 3.5 out of 5 for me. Not my style but it does last long on me. It’s an old school floral scent, very Hermes, very classy. It’s not too heavy and it develops into slightly fresher notes as the time goes. I love the bottle though, it’s so beautiful. Very simple and sleek.

A lovely signature sent
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve never tried any fragrances from this brand before, but it’s much later than I expected it to be, while having really good longevity. A lot of people tell me how nice it smells on me which is always a Mark of a good perfume, but I don’t smell it particularly strong on myself again something I see is a good thing. I think this is definitely good value and a very good every day signature type sent. It’s also introduced me to a brand-new brand of fragrance and perhaps a new signature sent for myself.

Love it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This perfume has such a unique floral scent that feels feminine and timeless. I usually gravitate towards earthy smoky notes so I was pleasantly surprised how much I liked this. It’s the perfect introduction to floral perfumes as it balances softness with a deeper more grounded feel. I also love the chic studded bottle, it’s perfect to take on the go and the fact it lasts all day is a bonus!

Long lasting fragrance
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bottle is absolutely beautiful it is classy with small details on the bottle cap.
The smell is intense when I sprayed it first that's why I gave it 4 stars but once it settles onto you it becomes a lot more subtle and long lasting. I potentially would say the fragrance is unisex as it isn't too floral.
