For me it’s just a little bit too pink but that’s personal taste.

Joyful blush stick

The formula blended effortlessly into my skin, whether I used my fingers or a sponge. It’s lightweight and comfortable on the skin and the colour is buildable.

Impressive!

The packaging is absolutely gorgeous, so fun, so eye catching. It makes me smile just looking at it! Unfortunately I was hoping that it would be a little heavier. It is pretty to look at but not luxurious to the touch. It also gets a bit messy unless you're carefully putting the lid back on.
The colour is super vibrant in the packaging, but on the skin it is buildable. A small amount will give a sheer-ish wash of colour, but you can easily add more and it layers very well without going patchy or separating.
I have to add a bit of powder on top, as I prefer my blush set.
It fades very nicely and gradually, and does have good longevity. By the end of the day it's still visible on the skin, just perhaps less vibrant. I don't need to do any touch ups, if you prefer your blush to be very vivid, you might need to.
I like to apply with a brush, but it also very easy to blend when applied directly onto the skin before going in with the brush or sponge. I love it!

Love Marc jacobs joystick Blush
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this Marc Jacob’s Joystick Blush on both my lips and the cheekbones as a blush. I absolutely love the results. It’s so creamy and soft. The colour is buildable as well. One swipe on lips was enough for me and on cheeks you can build up the colour as to your liking. I am so happy with this product that I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Blendable glow

I was initially concerned about how a purple blusher would look, but the buttery blush blended perfectly into a healthy looking natural glow. I love that it is buildable too.

Stains a lot!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been trying the Marc Jacobs Joystick balmy blush stick. I have been using '410 freaks & cheeks'. It's a fabulous colour! Very similar to colours I've used previously. Unfortunately, as a blush, I really don't rate it. The bold packaging really makes it stand out from the crowd. I really appreciate the unique design of the container too, but I do find it makes it impractical. Firstly, it takes a lot to pop the lid off, it's very stiff. Putting the lid back on takes precision because the product protrudes just enough to catch the lid if not lined up perfectly. The product is marketed as a dual use for lips as well as cheeks, but the large size of the container makes it really inconvenient to take anywhere. As a blush, I don't like it. It glides on but I don't find it as bendable as I would like, it's smudgy. And worse still, it stains! So if I wanted to change my look the next day, I'm competing with a red hue on my cheeks. As a lip colour, it's much nicer but doesnt stain lips!
